Why We Don't Use More CSS: A web design technical question. Simple answer? Because nobody really supports it. Which is to
say, most browsers support it to one degree or another,
but no two browsers are alike and it's impossible to know if a CSS feature being considered for use
will be supported by many/most browsers. The one thing you know for sure is that not all browsers will.
Plain HTML is not as capable nor as sophisticated, but it has a much longer history of browser support.
So if something can be done either with CSS or with plain HTML, we usually pick the plain HTML.
